Nahshon Little is the founder of AI Training Company and NC Tech Consultants, two businesses focused on advancing AI literacy and delivering AI-driven solutions for small businesses in Delaware. He has extensive knowledge of generative AI models and AI agents, a rapidly evolving field transforming industries. Through AI Training Company, he has taught weekly AI literacy classes for the past year, helping over 75 participants—both online and in-person—gain foundational AI skills. He has also spoken on Delaware State University’s AI and Technology Panel for the Black Male Initiative and led an AI seminar for financial coaching. NC Tech Consultants specializes in building AI agents to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for small businesses. Since launching this service earlier this year, the company has successfully integrated AI agents into eight Delaware-based businesses, with that number growing weekly. |

Krista Griffith
State Representative for the Delaware General Assembly About Krista
Krista M.Z. Griffith is a State Representative in the Delaware General Assembly, proudly serving the residents of the 12th District since 2018. A dedicated public servant and Delaware attorney, Krista also leads as Chief Executive Officer of the Children’s Advocacy Center, where she champions the well-being of vulnerable youth across the state. In the General Assembly, Krista has emerged as a leader in advancing consumer rights and responsible technology policy. She founded and currently chairs the Delaware Artificial Intelligence Commission, guiding the state’s approach to emerging technologies. Her legislative work focuses on data privacy, artificial intelligence, and other pressing issues at the intersection of law, technology, and ethics. Krista also serves as Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and is a member of the influential Joint Finance Committee, which crafts Delaware’s annual operating and grant-in-aid budgets. Her work reflects a deep commitment to justice, fiscal responsibility, and forward-thinking governance. |

Sunita Chandrasekaran
Associate Professor at the University of Delaware About Sunita
Sunita Chandrasekaran is an Associate Professor within the Department of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Delaware, where she directs the Computational Research Programming Lab, mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, as well as postdoctoral researchers. She also co-directs an AI Center of Excellence at the University of Delaware. Her research encompasses the development of programming software and tools for high-performance and exascale computing, the application of machine learning and AI to real-world scientific problems, and the advancement of interdisciplinary science. Additionally, she leads an NSF project focused on the Democratization of Access to Research Software Engineering (DARSE) in the mid-Atlantic region. She serves as a member of the DOE Advanced Scientific Computing Advisory Committee (ASCAC) and holds the position of Vice Chair for the State of Delaware AI Commission. Throughout her career, she has occupied numerous leadership roles in computing conferences and workshops. |

As Chief Information Officer, Greg is responsible for ensuring the state utilizes innovative technologies to deliver secure, reliable, interoperable, and cost-effective solutions that enable state agencies and organizations to successfully fulfill their missions. Greg has more than 35 years of IT experience in the private sector, in addition to 6+ years as Chief Technology Officer at the Delaware Department of Technology and Information. He is skilled in strategic planning, driving innovation, leading both technology and business process transformation, as well as global IT operations. Greg was the CIO of Chemours, a $6B+ chemicals spinoff from DuPont. Prior to that, he was the CIO of DuPont’s Crop Protection agricultural unit and held IT leadership positions at DuPont in areas including Technology Architecture, Applications, Infrastructure, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. He has extensive experience in building and leading global organizations and has demonstrated success in leading and managing change. He has also provided strategic guidance to startup technology firms. |
