I am a Forbes Author/ Salesforce MVP (2015-2017) /Marketing Cloud Champion, Author with two online courses, and Certified Enterprise Architect working in IT for over 25 years specializing in Manufacturing, Higher Education, Public sector, and Financial Service Industries.

As part of my experience, I have played different roles from programmer to architect, implemented Salesforce for more than 100 clients, and built 3 Consulting companies from the ground up to Million-dollar revenues.

I am a thought leader with an active blog with over 1000 subscribers. I write articles on CRM, Marketing Automation, Security, Generative AI, and Proactive Mindset, which will transform IT teams into proactive Consulting teams. I have more than 20 certifications and continue to learn throughout my journey. My lifelong mission is to transform IT teams from order takers to proactive consultants delivering Value. I believe in helping others and have taken a legacy pledge to build a foundation to encourage low-income kids to build careers escaping poverty. I am currently supporting many Nonprofit initiatives across India and the USA.
