With a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Design from the University of Delaware, Garry Johnson is an award-winning startup founder and nationally recognized ecosystem builder working to build a more inclusive and equitable innovation economy. 

First Founders Inc., a 501©(3) organization, is on a mission to lower barriers to entry and increase the likelihood of success for entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds. First Founders challenges entrepreneurs to meet their full potential and equips them with the resources necessary to thrive, including access to educational programming, relevant networks, and funding opportunities in the innovation ecosystem. The First Founders community includes a growing community of 200+ entrepreneurs from around the world.

Garry is also a member of the Black Innovation Alliance and serves on the Horn Alumni Council at the University of Delaware’s Horn Entrepreneurship.
