She currently serves as a Government Procurement Business Analyst with APEX Accelerators Delaware, housed within the University of Delaware's Office of Economic Innovation and Partnerships, where she provides counsel to businesses pursuing federal, state, and local government contracts. Her work connects Delaware businesses with procurement opportunities and the strategic guidance needed to compete in the government marketplace. Lindsay's executive leadership background includes 12 years as Executive Director of the Port of Wilmington Maritime Society, where she directed government affairs, led board governance, and secured the Port's first Food Safety Certification — a milestone reflecting her ability to drive institutional achievement in complex, regulated environments. She later brought that expertise to the Pete duPont Foundation's E3 Program, where she connected entrepreneurs with the resources and capital needed to accelerate growth.
