Patrick O’Neill is the Marketing Manager at PSCI, an IT staffing firm based out of Wilmington, DE. He joined PSCI in 2007 as a Technical Recruiter after earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware.

After five successful years in recruitment, Patrick transitioned into marketing, where he now leads PSCI’s marketing strategies and oversees its digital and social media presence.

With over 17 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Patrick combines his expertise in talent acquisition with a deep understanding of branding and audience engagement. His leadership in marketing has contributed to PSCI’s growth, building stronger connections with both clients and consultants.
